Warranty Policy

All standard instruments from Tesnes Surgical Instruments are guaranteed against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. If any instrument is found to be defective, we will replace it or refund the purchase price.

Tungsten Carbide Inserts

Tungsten carbide inserts are guaranteed for three years from the date of purchase.

Replaceable Parts

Replaceable parts, excluding springs, are covered for one year. Springs are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship.

Warranty Conditions

This guarantee is void if the instruments are altered, improperly maintained, or repaired, or if they are used outside their intended surgical applications.

Return Policy

Any unused instrument may be returned for a full credit within 90 days of the invoice date.
